Layout: Ordering

The Ordering control decides whether the Role (Gaffer, Princess Leia) will be displayed before or after the Name (John Doe, Carrie Fischer).

Roles First ordering is by far the most common practice.

But we see a fair share of Names First patterns as well—especially in TV credits, where this can even vary from card to card. 

About Left & Right

We understand that the terms first and second in this context favor left-to-right (LTR) languages like English.

If you are working in a right-to-left (RTL) language like Arabic or Hebrew, you may need to flip a bunch of your blocks to Names First individually. The support team is happy to help with this!
