Managing Project Members and Roles

A member of an Endcrawl project will have one of three roles: Reader, Writer, or Owner. (Please refer to this article for more detail.)

Please note:

  • Your role can differ from project to project. For example, you might be an Owner on project A, but a Reader on project B.
  • Only project Owners can add and remove members.
  • A project can have one or more Owners.
  • The project's Google Sheet will be automatically shared to Members when you add them. Their permission level on the G-doc side will be the same as on the Endcrawl project.

Adding a New Member

  • In your Endcrawl project, click on the Members tab.
  • At the top of the screen, enter the new member's email address, select the appropriate role, and click Add.

Removing a Member

  • In your Endcrawl project, click on the Members tab.
  • Under the Project Members list, click Remove next to the appropriate member.

Changing a Member's Project Role

  • In your Endcrawl project, click on the Members tab.
  • Under the Project Members list, click the Role dropdown and select either Owner, Writer, or Reader.
