Troubleshooting G-doc Formatting Errors

I clicked Reload Credits and got an error saying "Google Doc not in Endcrawl format." What do I do?

Your Google Docs credits sheet needs to be in Endcrawl format, so Layout knows what to look for. Make sure row 1 looks like this:

And make sure there's a first block name in cell A2, so that row 2 is light blue.

Finally, make sure the tab with your credits in it is the first (leftmost) tab in your Google Doc. If you've moved the "credits" tab rightward in the Google Doc, when you "Reload Credits" in Layout, it may fail to pull in changes.

Once you've fixed these, try "Reload Credits" again.
