If you’re seeing missing glyphs because your font lacks certain characters, a fallback font can fix this. We can help install fallback fonts.

Ideally, the fallback font resembles the primary font you’re using, so viewers don’t notice that some characters look different. Primary font selection is a creative decision, so picking a matching fallback font is also up to you.

If your credits mix characters from other languages, Google’s extensive Noto family of fonts is often a good choice for a fallback font. Like other Google Fonts, Noto has an opensource license and is free to use.
